THE TASKS Development Accounting
Manage monthly bank draws and coordinate with external stakeholders (banks, cost consultants, project managers)
Oversee daily cash management and banking activities including reconciliations
Maintain and finalize construction budgets for assigned portfolio
Track and reconcile sales schedules, including deposits and purchase agreements
Process and verify closing documentation and funds
Manage Tarion registration and compliance
Monitor and reconcile upgrade/incentive programs
Prepare and maintain sales journals and related documentation
Coordinate with lawyers on statements of adjustments and closing matters
Handle HST reporting and compliance
